Lumera sells through Tedooo

Lumera sells through Tedooo, the marketplace that handles the payment, the order tracking and the AI preview you approve before we cut a single piece of glass. Your card never touches our studio: Tedooo holds the payment, and you can follow the parcel from the day it ships.

If you want to weigh a suncatcher against the other sizes and sets, or against the other studios that work from a photo, the stained glass suncatcher page on Tedooo lays it all out in one place.

Shipping: Your piece leaves the studio within three to five days, packed in a double-walled box and tracked all the way to your door.

## Questions

What makes a good photo to upload?: One subject, roughly facing the camera, with their eyes visible. Daylight helps. It does not need to be sharp. Most of what we work from is a phone photo of a dog on a sofa, and the eyebrows still come out right. What we cannot work from is a subject facing away, or three dogs at once in one round.

Is it plastic or glass?: Glass. Hand-cut from sheet, painted, and fired at 1,465°F so the colour is in the glass rather than on it. There is no plastic, no acrylic and no vinyl anywhere in it, which is why it weighs what it weighs.

When do I pay?: At the end, once you have approved a design. Designing is free, you can run it as many times as you like, and there is no account to make first. You check out through Tedooo. Because the piece is then made for you, it is not returnable, which is exactly why the approving happens first.
